My professional journey (so far)

12 years across fintech, greentech, and AI-native products has taught me that the hard part is rarely visual. It's the systems underneath: banking compliance, carbon accounting, royalty splits on a platform with no existing UX pattern to borrow from.

Since 2018, based in Berlin:

• Led design and strategy for an AI music licensing platform from zero, contributing to €1.5M in seed funding and cutting churn by 60%
• Shipped whitelabel sustainability UX for Tier-1 banking clients including HSBC, reaching 50M+ end users
• Built and led an 8-person creative team at a global lifestyle brand, shipping localized campaigns across 15 languages
• Took a product from MVP to launch three separate times, owning design end-to-end as a team of one when needed

AI tools now sit inside my process: research, prototyping, handoff. That shift has changed how quickly I move from a question to a tested answer.
