3.17
Didn’t make it to the Dean’s list again, but I’m happy because I was just targeting a passing mark of 1.9 and I got something a lot more higher o_O I couldn’t believe my ECO grade from Mr. Belen though, an A! Gee, for one second na-satisfy ako. I didn’t really like ECO because of the embedded math, and my parents being both eco majors at yupee didn’t really help me at all because they always talk ECO gibberish that I don’t really get.
I’m really happy for my grade given that I put on some effort. Only in college was I really grade-conscious, all because of that ‘tragic’ incident back in gradeschool. After all, we rise up from the deepest whatever.
As I was browsing Friendster awhile ago a lot of my classmates from Bene (yes, that International School kuno owned by Onemig Bondoc’s family) updated their user pages. I sorta miss their company - that was my one year break from the all-boys’ school life and even if I didn’t really got close to them that much because a lot of ‘em were on the high end if you know what I mean, I really enjoyed their company for that year. I lost contact with some of them (Bia, Karla) and a good number already aren’t here in the Pinas. We also lost one of us, JB in a car accident. Damn. Anyway,

Well male-late ako sa blog summit dahil sa bwiset na reg bukas. anyway, browsed through the tentative attendee list and saw some people I want to meet:
Celeni my small world LJ friend
Markku Seguerra (of RebelPixel) na idol ko
Mikee (from Man-Blog) the guy with great posts
And some people I’m expecting to talk to for some catching up on stuff:
Ma’am Janette Toral (of Digital Filipino)
Sir Rox and Ma’am Lyn (WTF blog summit? Cosico at Nicdao? Bago ‘to a.)
Kuya Boom (boom salvador/acidpupil)
Ate Gail (Kutitots)
Benjox
darnit. sana umabot ako dun sa art/humanity segment. DAMN YOU REG!
better get those business cards ready, just in case. >_> nakakahiya talaga palagi kapag may nanghihingi ng card wala akong mabigay nagpupunit pa ako ng papel sobrang unruly ng dating.
Anyway, aren’t the cards nifty? Ang pangit nung white loopy thing hindi nag-swak dun sa type pero ohwell na-print na e. The last time I gave out business cards was like…Grade 7?
